Arneg Brasil is committed to:
- Valuing and effectively dealing with suggestions, criticisms and complaints made by our customers and interested parties regarding our products and services;
- Know and undertake to comply with and be subject to penalties in law, regarding INMETRO's competences – Law No. 9.933/99;
- Critically analyze the results considering the statistics of the complaints received, taking the appropriate measures to solve the problems as well as promoting the continuous improvement of products and services;
- Undertake to respond to the Complainant, any complaint received respecting the established deadlines.
